Chambourcin with 100% Chambourcin grapes aged 6 months in Hungarian Oak.  Alcohol content is 11%.  The palate includes black cherry, plum, pepper, and oak.  This wine can be served chilled or at room temperature.

Samuel's Red is 49% Norton, 45% Chambourcin, and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes aged 12 months in a combination of stainless steel and new oak.  Alcohol content is 13%.  Nice aromatics with dark cherry notes throughout.  Sweet upfront with a tart mid-palate and smooth finish that lingers.  Serve at room temperature and best decanted to aerate.  Aging potential 5+ years.

Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes aged 11 months in a combination of French and American Oak.  Alcohol content is 13%.  Earthy Cabernet Sauvignon with pepper and black tea notes and the slight oak influence adds some vanilla characteristics Serve at room temperature and best decanted to aerate. Aging potential 3+ years.

Norton is 100% Norton grapes aged 11 months in a combination of French and American Oak.  Alcohol content is 12.5%.  Earthy with black cherry, acid forward highlighting the fruit but gives way to dry tannic finish with warming space.  Serve at room temperature and best decanted to aerate. Aging potential 5+ years.
